GraftCraft is a small Swedish incubator company which combines medical experience with mathematical modelling to develop new medical techniques.

The company is located in Göteborg and is run by Erney Mattsson professor in medicine and Torbjörn Lundh professor in mathematics.

GraftCraft’s primary focus is on mathematical modeling and medicine, and aims to combine knowledge in these fields to develop new devices for use in clinical medicine. Along with developing such devices GraftCraft also seeks to obtain the corresponding patents for its products. GraftCraft is also open to the possibility of cooperations with mutual benefits. The methods GraftCraft uses to develop its devices include advanced computer simulations and experimental models in vitro and in vivo.

The daughter company y-graft AB has developed a new y-shaped vascular graft.

GraftCraft has gained substantial economic support from the Swedish State, through Sahlgrenska Science Park and Smart Textiles, and has been recognized as a new actor with the potential to increase business and employment in Western Sweden.
